Code projects

ddDesidModels: I have found that probabilistic models of delay discounting work better when they are tweaked slightly to satisfy certain commonsense desiderata. This is described more fully in this preprint and implemented in an R package called ddDesidModels. Please cite the preprint if you use the package.

Web-based psychology research: I have written a number of tools for web-based research that integrate with jsPsych. A full list of these tools, including demonstrations and links to source code/preprints, can be found here.

PuPl: A few years ago, I wrote a graphical tool called "PuPl" for preprocessing pupillometry data. The paper describing PuPl was eventually published in Behaviour Research Methods. If you would like to use the tool, the best place to start is the GitHub page, where you can download the source code and read the manual.

Plant game: For about 3 years, my distraction from work was creating a strategy game about growing a plant. It takes 5–20 minutes to beat. You can play it here.
